Being new can cause a stew. I had a look at MNS when they had the trading halt wrt the Tanazanian govt and have watched it since. A few thoughts.
    MNS
There is 5.3 million left in the kitty?
The dirt field in Africa is probably worth another 5 million given there are plenty of other dirt fields with access to
graphite close by. Even if it is worth more, it is an unrealised asset, how much did they pay for it?
With shares on issue at 550 million the shares are worth 1000,000000/550,000000 cents, fair value.
This talk of a battery with no cobalt or nickel. Wake up and smell the roses, it was commercialised years ago as LFP Lithium Iron phosphate.
Why is it not the battery of choice? At this stage it is power to weight and time to charge.
Why would a couple of marginal patents held by the professor of a medium sized university in the US make people think they have a world beating advantage? Also by the sound of it, any use of these patents is still in the proof of concept phase, years away from commercial use.
And incidentally Stanley did not invent the Lithium Ion battery, he was involved in some
preliminary work years before the battery was invented. A chap called Goodenough did the job.
The mine development is on hold, no mention of relocation anymore or the MOU with anyone?
An MOU what is that? Basically a sales and marketing document, a look at me, but not too closely document.
Then these factories. Why would anyone buy or pay a speculative mining company with no expertise, 6 FT employees and very little money to source their raw materials. First port of call would be people who have done this before (dealers in graphite) or hire your own team of experts.
None of this consortium have any experience operating let alone building a battery factory. Why would you deal with them?
So, the tech is marginal and untested, the staff are untrained and thin on the ground, the graphite is no closer to getting dug or sold and the money is running out.
