Mestre L6 is the inflection point for Cascavel IMO. A similar discovery, the Eagle Zone at Fosterville in 2015 signalled a change from a low grade near surface mine to a high grade mine that just gets bigger and bigger the deeper they go. The Swan Zone averages 61gt - the grades not seen since the 19th century.
With Mestre we chance emulating that kind of success - I hope they dispatch a 10 tonne sample of Mestre L6 to our friendly miller as soon as they get access to it. If something is going to turn heads in this market, it'll be shades of Fosterville that does the job .
