Here is part of the August 2018 China, USA and Europe EV figures :​

1. BYD EV sales up 85% comparing to last year. August marks the first time BYD sells over 20,000 EV in one month​

2. Cherry EV sales up by 230%. The August figure is over 8,000​

3. the rest of China EV maker figures will come out in early next week for sure.​

4. Tesla S3 average for the last four weeks is 5,200/week （according to Bloomberg Tesla 3 Tracker)​

5. Nissan will launch Leaf in China very soon​

6. Europe EV marke is growing over 35% every month and the growth is mainly restrained by production issue with Bolt, Tesla, Zoe or Leaf​

7. US EV market is growing at 55% upto August, and the future figure shall be even better if the last 8 month trend is any indicaiton. ​

All I can say is that someone is planning a day light robbery here by playing down. ​
