his post implies by having skin in the game at 8-10% that they invested personally. which they haven't.
if I was gifted a house ofcourse I don't want to lose it. if I bought a house with shareholders , no doubt shareholders would have greater comfort that I have skin in the game. what would you prefer ? mgt to have personally invested or not ? they are paying themselves a huge salary - why !? how about hey wait until company is profitable or take out of money options in lieu of the gift. I follow mgt first and foremost otherwise don't invest.
