ability to produce at a specific range for 10 nm to 30nm, considering the mean quantity, stringent testing requirement for customer acceptance....
is not commodity....
you don't grow ZnO like soya beans or mine ZnO like Iron ore.
Cosmetic manufacturer don't buy commodity but good product with great application effects.
