Depends on its use. When I go to an electricity retailer, all electricity does the same thing. Regardless of its from AGL or Origin.
However, in this case, Zinclear actually protects against a wider spectrum of sunlight, whilst appearing clear when you put on that particular sunscreen. Zinc oxide from another provider doesn't do the same thing. Its generally thicker, and doesn't protect as well from sunlight.
So no, its not a commodity, as they're not entirely interchangeable. You can swap them out like you'd swap out CocaCola and Aldi cola...
