There is a lot of fear around nano zinc oxide from some sub sections of the community but this fear has never been founded in any science.
Again with the toxicity of Zinc Oxide to marine life - please comprehend that the concentrations required to damage marine life are so high that it is impossible to achieve in real life conditions. Even something like vitamin C can be toxic to humans if we have enough, but you would never be able to overdose from a normal diet.
