It's the new year and I'm looking to add new stocks to portfolio.

NCZ has been on my radar for a few years. A lot of positive media and analysis from "experts". From www.unauthorised investment advice in Nov 2017:
"New Century Resources is on track to become a globally significant zinc producer in 2018, raising almost $53m to get the mothballed
Century zinc mine back up and running."

44 million shares were raised at $1.20.
Subsequently, there have been a number of capital raisings, each time at a discount to previous.
The 2019 arrangement with Varde Partners is interesting ( aka generous):
"This 2.5 year facility carries an interest rate of 8% pa and first ranking security over all Century assets. It also includes ..
silver royalty of 10% limited to 4 years, as well as 25 million options at $0.25 per share .."

As at close of trading Feb 14, 2020, NCZ was at $0.20.

Looking at the attached charts, the company's financial position, it appears NCZ will be drawing on the 8%pa Varde facility in 1H2020. Do other punters agree? Also, expecting a capital raising of below $0.20/share, due to adverse market fundamentals. What's opinion of other punters?

Also, it appears NCZ has either sold or committed all assets and foreseeable production for next couple of years. If zinc price doesn't rise substantially in 2020, will NCZ survive? Would like to see other analysis as mining stocks are bit of gamble for me. Still, would rather not throw money into (Qld) bottomless pit.
