when you see this low extreme sentiment (more than a bloodbath it is no one in the streets) you know it is time to buy (or sell if you lose hope of any recovery of the zinc price in a reasonable timeframe). IMO fundamentals didnt change, sentiment only did...unless coronavirus will wipe out the planet and the world economy in 2020 and we start a real life episode of walking dead with no production because of fear...time will tell...but if history is a lesson I wouldnt bet on a walking dead scenario...
