How do you spend 3T on infrastructure when migrant workers from the provinces are not heading back to the large cities for their jobs? When they do head back and get back to work they risk having the infection spread again. The workers typically have very cramped accommodation so very likely cases rise again when they do head back to work.

Last qtr NCZ they barely had any cash left. They are still cashflow negative at these prices and will need a cap raising very soon. Anything unforeseen happens before they raise cash and they could go into administration.
