Thanks guys appreciate the feedback - you're right I missed the tax impact as Feasibility study is pre-tax. Have now revised the calc to build in the tax impact (for simplicity have assumed 30% @Corporate tax rate). Still gets decent upside.
I might look to build a DCF model in the coming weeks - I have a feeling that the 1 + year discounting impact @10% is significant. Anyone have any ideas on a price premium attached to a 64% FE grade vs 62%?
