The old tenement you are referring to will likely produce around $25M /year for 10 years in less than 2 years time( based off mill capacity ) . Which will likely fund the US based lithium projects and possibly REE. Other than that they are all new exploration projects.
LoneStar was last mined when Gold was US$593 and Copper was around US$2.84/lb . Now gold is over 3 times more valuable and copper just under double. The metrics for this mine have completely changed gold values are are taking up a far bigger proportion of profit making the mine far more feasible.
This will mine the copper values are excellent and the gold and high silver values are even better. You also have to remember the resource is very shallow and they will likely continue from the already open pit . Next assays will confirm this.
