The negative sentiment towards commodities as a whole has led to its sell-off in general and the subsequent slide in ERA’s share price in particular. We remind investors not to pander to herd mentality but to focus on the fundamentals.
We expect the uranium spot price to creep up from current levels of US$64.50/lb to ~US$75/lb by year end. The fourth quarter has previously experienced increased uptake in uranium contracts and therefore we are expecting a rally in the uranium price.
Hard to understand why BMN is reaching new 52 week lows but is there something other than Savannah that we don't know??
