The best way to turn this company around is to vote AGAINST ALL resolutions.
The cash burn rate last quarter for admin is far too much.
The current board, basically a mirror image of the previous board that took free shares for non-performance, are asking shareholders to reward the board for grinding the company into the ground. Literally.
Anyone the votes FOR the resolutions, including adding a new director and reaffirming the old director, should have their head examined.
Also, the change of the constitution will then keep shareholders like north sound from looking deep into the company.
