Good question. How due you spend 23m on operating costs in a quarter on a business that doesn't even mine? What exactly is operating at the moment? As far as I can tell there's just a load of holes in the ground. Even SL's worldwide flight costs and dinner expenses can't come to that. Maybe, all the money is just going down one of those holes! ha ha
