I think all shareholders should email Scott Lowe for an explanation on this. Something isn't right here, it might be that there is other news to come in relation to what the money has been spent on. If that is the case a report like this should not come out first before informing us of spending plans. It maybe nothing to worry about and there could be justification but without the right info. coming forth what else can one conclude?
