The Gan Chart Timelines provided by the company have shown slippage over the past 12 months with both the ESIA and PFS delayed by some weeks/months.The charts have assumed an exploitation permit within 6 months of lodging all required documentation being essentially the PFS and the ESIA.Based on the latest info from the company;
"June 2024 Quarter Planned Activities • Submit PFS and ESIA to the Government of Guinea to commence the application process for an Exploitation Permit.
it would seem the likely timeframe is post October 2024 for the grant of the exploitation permit.Given the sensitivity of the location of the proposed mine one would hope/expect an announcement pre December 2024.There is no timeline the govt has to consider the application for the exploitation permit.
