AGM in 5 days time and there is not much to cheer about the...

AGM in 5 days time and there is not much to cheer about the share price. They just want us to give them a whole swag of performance shares .... for what i ask ? The only tangible thing shareholders receive is an increasing shareprice or a dividend. Neither of these have been delivered. Instead all we have had since they begun were 3 share placements where existing holders were bypassed and that have diluted my shareholding so that if the share price ever does go up it won't go as high.
