SP is held back in the last two years on one reason. A prospective bidder is accumulating until the right time to make an offer based on the current price which is cheap cheap cheap. I believe the price is controlled by the big boys obviously if the SP at the of the month does not surpass the 30c. Unfortunately PDI has a reason to be shorted. Hope the authority has common sense at this golden opportunity to speed up the red tapes.
