You would expect that the two larger corporates, would be ready to run with this. They have had plenty of notice, plenty of clues, consistent referencing to 'flexible childcare option'.
There is no reason why corporate childcare cannot implement this into their operations. Evolve (EVO) are doing it successfully in New Zealand.
If the pilot is successful, and there is no reason why it shouldn't be, the best way forward, in my opinion would be to have it operate in a similar fashion to Family Day Care, with agency schemes supporting and employing the nannies. This would ensure all legal requirements and quality standards are implemented for both the children and the nannies.
