Agree with you Quingees, don't think it will be a serious issue for either of the two large corporates. It will, have an effect on the more upmarket centres in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne where many parents are already utilising both formal care and nannies to assist with their return to the workforce.Discriminating by introducing 'select groups' is very concerning.
The 2-3 year ratio changes however will affect all childcare operators.
It will take years for all of these things to be implemented, by then we'll probably have a new government who will decide to change it all again anyway.
