Based on a number of calculations off the June 30th quarterly report and statements from Lynas corp in the conference call, the current financial condition is not tantamount to an acute funding crisis.

Let's review the facts.

Even if TOL is delayed substantially longer, they will still be able to startup but will indeed need more funding sometime around the first Q of 2013. Management has stated they do not believe any such bridge funding would have to be done via issuing new shares and diluting sharecount. There are other viable options, especially if they only need about 8 to 10 million per month times 6 months = less than 60 million to get through their first solid production sales quarter, which would be in Q3 2013 even with an additional 6 month TOL delay at this point.

60 million dollars amounts to only 3.5 cents per share. 3.5 cents per share does not justify selling off the shares by 20 cents over the last 2 weeks.

If TOL comes, larger scale production kicks in with the first full quarter within 9 months.

If TOL doesn't come in about 3 months, Lynas can slow down many more non-essential operations but meanwhile still continue to finish up Phase 2 construction with existing funding. By doing so, Lynas will last through most of 2013 provided their LAMP personal are furloughed before Christmas and all nonessential operations are postponed.

But there will be about 6 months of operations funding needed once they restart to get them through the point where sales are signficant for a full quarter.

Trying to be a realist to balance the extreme negativity here.
