I don't think number of shares on issue is an issue (no pun intended) Bizzo. It's about market cap (ie what those shares are worth).
What it means is that lofty ideas of multi dollar share prices for SDL may be a bit overcooked. I personally think anyone with a $2+ target on SDL is taking a very long term view ;-)
