EVM issued 4m commitment shares to AGS on jan 14.
On jan14 EVM sp was 5.6c
Assuming discount,that's $200k of commitment shares
for a $30million debt funding facility.
I notice they haven't issued the same funding facility
update with AEX & AKW as they did with MDA & EDM
issued on the 11th of july.
