also 4mill. shares issued to AGS 14/1, share price was 0.06, EVM then proceeded to slide to 0.02 at the end of June, and finally there doesn't seem to be any paper work on the $30mill. facility. Wonder what the price ceiling was for the issue of the funds? My guess was above 0.06.
