If they are genuine, why would they want to push the SP down by reducing the value of their fee?

We all know EDM needed funding for settlement of Baita in July, it is obvious that AGS Capital had no intention to fulfill that objective at all.

Imagine you ask a bank loan to buy a house and you have to pay upfront fee, then you realise that in the agreement after you paid that the bank would only release the fund if you buy a house that cost more than you could afford but the fee is non refundable. What would you thing about the bank?
