For the equity line of credit financing to work, the company works with an in investor relations firm or stock promoter to release positive news which increases the price and volume. It doesn't look like this occurred, I wonder if anthony hamilton and his associates had promised this to the equity line funder and then failed to deliver on their promise and that?s when things unraveled?
