It's so strange that they become so emotionally attached, even though they can't answer the fundamental questions you would expect them to have considered (which I see you have raised).
I suppose its indicative of the type of "investor" GMC target.
The last stock I felt this bearish about was XPE and despite trying to warn those on this forum of the value dilutive agreement, I faced very similar backlash.
At the end though, corporate finance 101 always wins out. It's just a shame the way it turns out.
