funding agreements

I see Peter Landau and Jason Brewer are in South Africa for the next couple of weeks not due back until around the 27th June.
In the last announcement they state that with regards to the South African based investment consortium they expect to conclude this financing in June.
With regards to the Heads of Agreement with EDF Trading the company also states in the last announcement that it is confident that it will sucessfully conclude the transactions in the coming weeks.
Having spoken to Jason Brewer recently I was told that the guys from EDF trading are also in South Africa for a series of site visits and meetings.
All in all formal execution of financing agreements must now be imminent.
