I think the big issue that's simply been not addressed is the source of the funding needed to proceed with the plan.

Now - I've had time to sleep on this and this was my thought:

We've seen a history of very conservative CR's and fund raising's in the past - at the whiff of a negative market - a Greek default - you name it - a CR was done there and then, even when there could have been more opportune times when the SP was higher.

NOW - this is where it gets interesting.

Given that this was part of a larger plan - with many steps involved - and given you have a history of conservative fund raising - we haven't seen anything happen as the SP declined.

One would think that if there wasn't a plan in place to fund the progress of the site - we'd have seen a CR done by now.

We haven't.

That's what intrigues me - I think possibly that the funding has been taken care of - maybe.

If it has - and I'm right - I think the market would REALLY like to know about it right about now.
