I think this is good outcome, there were three options to raise money i.e

db .... which was too conditional
cr .... either current sharholders or inst, but that will dilute the share register

current... mixture of gold prepay and cr (only around 15%), why we are cal $1300 oz, why not consider gold is fluctucating atm 1000-1350 oz (may be goes up and down depned on world financial conditions).

Finally market will decide not HC users
