As magma says we're paying 37 million to borrow 25 million, and it appears we're paying 9.5 million shares and 38 million options for the privilege. The 9.5 mil shares alone are worth in excess of 1.5 million, so call it 40 million bucks at least Inc options for a 25 million loan. How bad was the db offer for this to be better. I wonder why a cr is generally considered to be a bad thing and yet at least if a cr was done to share holders we could all get our snouts in this trough. Why is it so expensive- even a credit card only charges 20%. The placement price will also be a nice discount I'm sure- more easy money for the big boys. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts on opening.
