    I was thinking aloud when I posted as I must admit it caught me by surprise a bit.

    The more I looked at it and took in the comments on here the more positive it seemed. Working out the prospective partner is the hard bit as it needs some size to contemplate JV's over the entire holdings.

    Certainly will add some support to the price which has been suffering but to be honest I am not watching that much as I am holding for the long term.
