    I'm confused here. Are CTP trying to reduce their reliance on the debt facility? has it been withdrawn or been talked about or is this a long term strategy to confirm funds from a less dilutionary source. mind you farming out is dilutionary anyhow but it may leverage in CTP's favour depending on the deal.

    Basically, I have no idea and am wondering if this is great, good, alright or may just save our arse?

    I trust JH so I am not worried but wondering if anyone has any ideas?
