    Would it be too much to ask if the next annoucement relating to funding does NOT start with MOU. MOU is a Memorandum of Understanding 595959 I suspect a poster of your junior status would not be aware of such jargen.

    Anyone know where our old mate Fact Finder is, Is he finding facts?
