funding announcement timing

Just re-read the 20 Oct 2010 PLV announcement on the JTC.

5th paragraph....

"Pluton and the JTC have agreed to use all reasonable endeavours to finalise an agreement within 30 days of the completion of the Irvine Island Pre-feasibility Study to a standard determined by the JTC, and the commencement of a detailed feasibility study."

I would speculate that until an announcement has come out stating that the DFS has commenced (which will be after the latest round of drilling and assay results are finalised), we wont be hearing about any JTC deal. I'd say most people have overlooked this other condition.

Funding in the meantime will need to be ofcourse sorted, well at least in the short term.

Thoughts?
