They will need to make a small placement via an intso. It will already be lined up and ready to go. The only other option is the hurt money, which as you suggest McBombers is a forward payment by the JV Partner. They have options here with the Chinese, however they are not "the first choice", the JTC is. Let's hope they want us as well!!
