ECT would probably be preparing a BFS right now to present to Power Stations for consideration. The funding they are seeking would probably be required to support the BFS.
To upgrade the Bacchus Marsh Plant to serve ECT's future needs would require millions of $$$$. I dont think ECT at this stage would want to dilute the SP any further.
If ECT can pursuade a Power Station to build a Coldry Plant at their cost (we were told at the AGM that it costs about $160M to build a coldry plant) and convince them that this investment will improve their profitability in the short term, then ECT would not only receive royalties but more importantly, ECT could lease the plant and produce coldry pellets for export purposes and earn an extra 30-40% profit.
It will be interesting to see how this story unfolds.
