On the face of it it’s a bit fragmented at the moment with different powerstations committing to different technologies and Government funding endorsing mainly CRC led technology initiatives but hopefully things start to unfold post BFS release.
Quick question…was the concept of generating additional pellets for export from powerstation coldry plants brought up by management at the AGM? You mentioned in your agm post that they stated a typical coldry plant will produce 150k tonnes pa. The Loy Yang monster burns through 30 million tones pa so I would have thought a coldry plant would have its hands full just with this demand let alone generating additional pellets for export??
Is that the right scaled up figure or have I just read it wrong?
