It all depends if the power stations wish to top up their boilers with 10% or 20% or 100% of pellets.

The more % they add, the more efficient their operation will be and the more CO2 reduction they will emit to the atmosphere.

I would think initially, ECT will want to focus on one plant before they expand and build additional plants.

ECT could very easily be looking at setting up a plant in Germany (I understand Germany has the biggest brown coal reserves in the world)to cater for the European market and use both the Bacchus Marsh and a plant at Latrobe Valley to cater for the Asian market.
