I was referring to the reserves located on those sites and not the total Victorian reserves. Just trying to highlight the power generators reluctance to utilise on site reserves for export via a JV with ESI as opposed to sourcing brown coal from dormant sites. If they exhaust on site reserves and have to transport from other parts of Vic then this would contribute to their costs, which they would want to avoid.
