Well maybe Con gave away a clue in the fact that he stated signed MOU’s will lead to formal contracts. We only know about the Indian MOU and the timeframe for India if everything goes ahead is ’09 so timeframe wise it fits..ie use ’08 to plan and build the thing
It’s the lack of info in the ann that keeps it a guessing game but to spend money on design/preparation of a scaled up plant suggests commitment to someone.
Having said that, you would think an Indian representative would have been at the recent plant opening?
I still think their first move will be here in Victoria with a partnership with either Loy Yang, HRL or Hazelwood.
