IMO they've done the best they could to boost the sp for this drawdown
IMO the shares will be issued at 12c and will raise a little over $600k hence the strange number of shares being issued.
IMO this has nothing to do with work on the ground but more to do with paying draftsmen to draw some groovy designs for a plant that'll produce 5mtpa (I hope..........or more would be even better.........say 20mtpa). The main thing is why would they want to draw groovy designs of a mega plant? IMO the wheels of progress are definitely turning.
