    Quite right - that is what the initial 101 page document says.

    However the document "Rolling Convertible Bonds Further Explanation" (3 pages) a few days later says:

    "If the Company’s market share price trades below 15 cents the facility will be terminated."

    I guess the initial explanatory document is probably more reliable, but there is still some ambiguity.

    Not much cheer today, but cheers anyway.
