Minimum Average Price: the daily volume weighted average price of the Shares during the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding the Initial Completion Date being equal to or above A$0.150; and so on for each subsequent completion date, ie issue of a bond series for each million tranche.

Given that - IMO there's theres a 0.001% chance of the bond facility caving in. MPS, PXA and He Nuclear not to mention Central have too much riding on this to let it happen so should it come to that im sure they will act as a sponge.

All it takes is the purchase of a few hundred thousand shares to keep it afloat (at these prices thats not much in $ value), and realistically you'd be pretty impatient to sell the stock when theres 8 weeks to go till a possible spud of such high impact wells.
