    For a Junior Explorer, in this environment, to get that funding arrangement without any dilution for the shareholders, is a "watershed event" imo. I like this bit, "no net debt as the capital provided by the Facility is paid back via the Alaskan Government’s repurchase of Tax Credit Certificates issued to Rampart."
