Cynically, they will be back to market looking for more cash pronto - and using this as the "big opportunity".

Its flawed in many ways, including the fact that Big W does almost none of its trade in DVD via online. EzyDVD clearly dominates in this area an is well infront of the distant second that is Virgin/Sanity/HMV.

Interesting that no one has really piped up with comments or pointing out flaws in my commentary - is it that obvious, and everyone knows about it?

Im curious to see how DES reacts in coming weeks - as I suspect that they will want to exit QFX before too much longer and the cap comes out for another raising.
