    Im not saying MCO management are unethical. Not at all. They are straight as arrows as far as I can tell. Im questioning their ability to execute.

    I bailed in the 40's & decided to watch for a while & see how the last cap raising would go. There is still promise, but I want more evidence of progress before considering another stake.
