Good to know we have $5mil available if needed.

But the deal with lacerta means they are up for all production costs for a slice of the profits and they have a pretty tight window to ramp up production once approvals received.

So with a bit of luck that $5mil may never be needed, on the positive having that available means we can play hard ball with lacerta regarding profit share having a means to move forward under our own steam if required.
