Curule. IIt is my understanding that it could be done. You just need a transfer form obtainable from the IGE share registry to be filled in and signed and then returned to them. Of course there needs to be trust between the seller and buyer - the seller needs to be sure they will get their money and the buyer needs to be sure they get the transfer form submitted and there are shares there to cover the transfer. A lot of administration, especially if the buyer and seller are not known to eachother. A broker may act as a - well - a broker, but will change for it. And you need to find one willing to do this.
